When the secure login is activated then users need to require to press Ctrl + Alt + delete on the lock screen before using their password and username in Windows 10. Enable or Disable Secure Login in Windows 10:
At first, you need to create a restore point to make sure, in case something goes wrong.
Just press Windows key button with R then you need to type “
netplwiz” and just hit to enter to open user accounts.

Now, need to switch to an advanced tab and check the mark “Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete” box at the under the bottom and secure sign-in to enable to secure login in Windows 10.
Finally, click apply to OK.
If you want to disable your secure login, then just simply uncheck “Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete” box
